Drop-off Schedule
Drop-off will be held for 5 days!

A 5-day drop-off eliminates any excessive back-ups in registration, provides you with more personal attention during set-up and allows us to conduct a more thorough quality control.

We will be using our highlighting system to divide you into smaller groups.

Please refer to the drop-off calendar to find your specified drop-off day!

Each day Drop-off will be held from 10:00am to 3:00pm

If you cannot make it on your scheduled day or if you need a later time, you may need to make a special appointment.  You can make a special appointment by contacting Christy at christy@dkdkgoose.com Please note in the subject field "Drop-off appointment needed".  Give your name, consignor number and appointment time requested when writing.

What should I expect at drop-off?

Registration will be held at the entrance to our store; on the upper side of Downtown West Shopping Center. (Look for our signs).

When dropping off your items you’ll need to plan to be on location for at least 45 minutes.  This time will be used to fill out registration forms, check-in through quality control, and put your items away on the sales floor. (Allow more time if you plan to pick-up and attach your barcodes during drop-off.)

NOTICE: If you have 25 items or less please park in the parking lot and bring your items with you to check-in.  all other consignors: Please park in the parking lot before filling out your paperwork!  After you sign-in we will let you know when you can begin unloading.  We will need to leave the area in front of the doors clear of parked cars during the entire drop-off process.  If you have large items, register inside first; we will then give you further instructions.  When unloading is complete you will need to park in the parking lot in order to make room for the next consignor to drop-off.

Please exercise common courtesy!

Preparing for Check-In

During check-in you will be asked to:

  • Fill out a registration form

  • Your $15.00 participation fee will be deducted from your final earnings.  (You can save $10.00 - see how by visiting our workers page.)

  • You will be able to pick-up your online barcode order at this time, if you did not receive them via mail. (NOTE: allow extra time to attach your barcodes. The time will be relative to the number of items you bring).

  • Provide a self-addressed stamped envelope if you do not plan to pick-up your unsold items following the sale. Your envelope is what will be used to mail your check at the end of the sale so please make sure the information provided is correct.

  • Your items will go through a seasonal and quality control check point.

Your pre-sale passes and any other information about our sale will be offered to you as a conclusion to the registration process.

You'll be given the opportunity to sign-up for any remaining work shifts at this time.

Suggestion:  You may want to use rubber bands to group sizes and gender together (this will help YOU when putting your items away on the sales floor)

Pick-Up & Unsold Items

All consignors must highlight their tags if you plan to pick-up your unsold items.  Use the chart below to find which color of highlighter to use.  Example: If your consignor number begins with the letter “M” then you would use a yellow highlighter creating a band of color down the right side of each index card (notice the shaded area).

Any items not collected during pick-up will be donated to local charities.

We have many charities who receive donations as a result of our sale.  We try to meet a variety of needs.  Last season there were many organizations that benefited from your giving.  Thanks to you, many will benefit from your giving this season as well.  Here are a few that were helped:  The Battered Women’s Shelter, Catholic Charities, C.A.R.E. Ministries, Orphanages in Zimbabwe and Guatemala, and Angelic Ministries.  Any unsold items left after 7:00 pm on September 25th will be donated to worthy charities such as these.
